The company has a fantastic mission. Pat is an amazing leader. The issue is the company has grown extremely fast and some of the regional managers, specifically the eastern region of GBS, have far more responsibility than they can handle. This lack of management experience trickles down to his specific hires. Just look at NYC. What a complete mess.

Minpunten

There is significant lack of management understanding of the business. Stay away from eastern region of GBS. Can't run the business from Florida and hire inept people. They have lost all their production staff and can't seem to hire anyone who can drive new business.

Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
