Outsource work to Inda for cheap labor contributing to the poor customer service as he quality of the India work is poor. Poor employee moral. Untrustworthy management misrepresenting compensation and discrimination. Nepotism, considerable politics resulting in poor moral and poor work environment. The company prioritizes stockholder above customers and employees. After eliminating pension plans a number of years ago the company last year stopped monthly contributions to 401k deferring contribution until the first quarter of each year. This is unheard of in the industry.
