Pluspunten
Overall great environment. Lots of PAID training and you can definitely use all their resources to gain certifications as well as CE. Pay was pretty good and their benefits were pretty good as well. They also match your 401k contributions. Their overall core values are something they try to apply to the office environment but there are always those few coworkers who ruin a nice office environment.
Minpunten
Very hard to get promoted. You can be working in the same position and prove yourself to be more than qualified for another position within however they will hire a freshly graduated college student with a degree in cows to do a job that someone within was more than qualified and capable of doing. Raises are not given very often and bonuses started out ok then ceased all together.
