      Excellent training program. Very user friendly system. Neatly organized with clear deadlines and expectations. Great audit system. Best practices are clear and effective. Room for growth and advancement. Friendly and helpful management. Excellent desk management tools. Structured and supportive work environment. Laid back atmosphere. Flexible time off. Remote WFH availability. Option to earn compressed time. Weekly branch calls, which are informative and helpful to all.

      Minpunten

      Compensation/salary could be better. Claim counts can be high. Work/life balance can be tough when case load is high. There tends to be some favoritism which causes others to feel left out or not appreciated.

      Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
