      - Options for hybrid in-office or work from home. - A strong employee focused work culture that is always looking for ways to improve. - Great perks including Health Spending Account, Unlimited Time Off, No time tracking.

      Minpunten

      Despite GM1's best efforts, there is sometimes fast turn-around time and hard deadlines for projects. To be clear GM1 actively discourages crunch culture, and I haven't ever felt forced to work overtime. Nonetheless, tight timelines can be stressful for individuals and the team.

      Company culture is stellar - Genuine feedback is valued and challenging upwards is encouraged. Management is engaged, down to earth, and transparent. Team wellbeing is the top priority. Happy teams make excellent games. Time off is flexible and generous.

      Minpunten

      Projects often need more time than they are initially given. Deadlines are pushed back to accommodate when possible but the final stretch can be exhausting work.
