No pros at all. There's nothing good here. Management and HR is very toxic and cunning and they're completely into politics ,they also cut your salaries giving nonsense reasons. They terminate people with no reasons just because they hate them or have grudges. They ill treat employees, they'll torture you by making you suffer alot unnecessary. Here people with zero knowledge about design are posted on manager level positions just because of favouritism and these people take advantage of their position to make you feel bad about your work and yourself, they also don't give you any opportunities to explore your creativity because they think they're the God of everything and design as well. Project managers yell on employees for no reason. These people have got zero humanity and a hell lot of ego and toxicity. Plus there's no career growth, financial growth you get to learn nothing no compensations no benefits. Even if you sit till 12am in the night for work you're expected to get to work on time the next day, and if you fail to do so they'll deduct your half days salary!!! These guys have no values and no morals, they're just running a company with the greed of more and more money everyday...

Everything is a con here, infact these peopl themselves are cons! They'll con you and lie you right from the beginning. It's just not a good place to work in as you would not want to go through something like this when it comes to career growth and learning. If you ever get a call from these people just block their number! + Sundays are working here.
