3. Learning opportunities are crazy high.
4. The company is headed in the right direction to explode in the market. Feels awesome to be part of the early crew (founding crew).
5. Team building and culture is taken very seriously, even if you're a Sundar Pichai, but if you're a danger to the team culture, then your chances of getting in 0.
