Pluspunten
- Great and excellent colleagues to work with.
- Interesting work though I did not get to do much.
Minpunten
- Lack of focus. It seemed that management cannot focus on what to do and tries to do everything. Their indecisiveness and poor project management skills lead to high stress and low morale in the company.
- Late payment of salary is normal. You are considered very lucky if salary is only delayed by a week. Not informed about late salary payment at all.
- Too reliant on interns to do the bulk of the work. Lack of handover processes cause high technical debts.
- Management thinks we are magician, being able to finish projects with very short notice. Consistently adding new requirements when IT IS VERY NEAR deadline. Feel that my fellow interns and colleagues are getting very stressed out when it could have been preventable if management is clear about what to do.
- Additionally, also noticed that some negative reviews left behind by some of my colleagues who have left after me were mysteriously being removed. Currently contacting Glassdoor regarding the deleted reviews.
