No - direct - layoffs. Salary on time. Modern technology and tools.

Minpunten

- HR policies changes very frequently and break the employment contract rules in many aspects. - Onsite work model with one day WFH per week that can't be connected to weekends or public holidays. - HR is taking advantage of engineers thay are unaware of the market salary range. - The C level management is very disrespectful and isolated from the teams. - The managers give promises that they can't fulfill for their own interests.
