      Great Benefits. Many different departments within the organization, which allows movement to find your "right fit".

      Minpunten

      Hard to get in, they tend to hire from within before selecting an outside applicant. Harder to advance in certain departments.

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Minpunten

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
