      Pluspunten

      I worked in a small department at Holy Spirit and loved my job. My supervisor and the director were encouraging, respectful, and always available. I looked forward to getting up every day and going into work. The health benefits (which included dental and vision) were great and tuition reimbersment was a plus.

      Minpunten

      The pay for my position wasn't great, but I was afraid to negotiate when I was hired and was excited to have a decent job in my field of study.

      We’re glad to hear your experience at Geisinger was so positive but sorry to see that you left your position. We regularly reevaluate pay to stay competitive and encourage our employees to discuss any concerns with their supervisors – after all, they’re there to help!

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Minpunten

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
