Great benefits (except for education) and you really feel like you make a difference in most patients' lives in such a rural area.

Minpunten

Short staffing is a hospital-wide problem. I left after a year because my unit in particular was such a toxic environment and I felt like my safety was not a priority.

Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

Minpunten

Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
