Geneca used to be a great company. It was a great place for developers. But at one point the revenues flattened out and sales guy was brought in. He muscled into a managing director role and took over the place. Now morale is down, brown-nosing is rampant, people are scared to speak-up. You get forced out for speaking up. Developers are no longer treated like people. Everyone is disposable. Everyone was also forced on a salary and now are pushed to work extra hours. Some of the other reviews look like astroturfing.
