Hybrid schedule is available for most, if not all, employees.

Minpunten

Not enough attention to the individual employees' needs and abilities. They seem to put profits over quality. Claims are taking longer to process because volume went up when we took on many new accounts. But employee retention went down so they can't keep up with the demands. Those in operations have to make excuses for the people up top who made the actual decisions.
