This means that there may be instances where certain processes or structures are lacking or not fully developed. Working at Generation Citizen requires individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity and are up for the challenge of co-creating a new system or building a new approach, when needed.

Great mission of supporting civics educations in schools. Events were extremely well run. I had limited interaction with other staff, but they all seemed caring and competent.

Fully remote, except for events. Hard to feel connected. Low pay.
