One of the standout pros of working at Generation Citizen is the flexible work schedule including unlimited PTO and remote/hybrid work setups. Generation Citizen is still in the process of building and refining some of its internal systems. This means that there may be instances where certain processes or structures are lacking or not fully developed. The culture of the organization has taken a nosedive in the last couple of years. There is a lack of trust for management with good reason. Gossip culture. Favorites. Our mission gets lost because of poor communication and a national team with mean girl energy. No opportunities for career progression. Also Scott Warren isn't the CEO. Elizabeth Clay Roy is.
