GFP was one of the most toxic work environments I have ever been in. I was expected to be available and work overtime during weekends, holidays, and evenings. If any type of mistake was made it fell on the junior team members. There is a lot of infighting between departments and oftentimes you are barred from completing an assigned task due to a lack of cooperation between staff.
