I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary of working at Generator Media and this year has been great! Coming to this company has been a blessing and the work environment is wonderful. The Generator team feels like family and I have learned so much from my coworkers.

Although some may think working at a smaller agency is a con, I truly believe working at a smaller agency has been wonderful. Coming from a large media agency, Generator has felt like family and I have learned so much from all of my coworkers.

- remote culture: i was a remote employee, but those in NYC seemed to be heavily favored. why hire remote people if you're going to maintain an office presence somewhere and frequently have in person events that half the company is left out of? - typical agency culture: lots of favoritism, cliques, and overall petty behavior. Two of the worst managers I've ever had were at this company, and I attempted to escalate several times to no avail. was also expected to work late constantly - high turnover, like constantly. one of my team members was only at the agency for 3 months.
