Pluspunten

you'll get paid, but if you annoy or upset them before you leave they will mess with your pay and screw you over. Some of the people that work there are cool. If you need experience and have no where else to turn, it might be worth a shot.

Minpunten

A lot of the reviews on this company are fake, you get ordered by HR to fill in a review when you start and it's implied you'll get better treatment if it looks good. I saw a lot of good people leave very fast and get treated in horrible ways to do with respect and pay. There are some that get treated well, but most of the time they aren't even good at their job, just good at stroking the shallow ego of the CEO They also lie to clients and use unethical ways of protecting products and content.

GenFlow presents itself as an innovative, creator-first agency, but behind the scenes it’s disorganized, unsupportive, and deeply toxic. Onboarding is virtually nonexistent. You're expected to perform at an unsustainable level from the start, with no clear direction or structure in place. Work/life balance is nonexistent. You will be expected to be available 24/7 to your team and clients. Communication is poor across all levels, feedback is reactive, vague, and demoralizing. Leadership lacks basic managerial skills and avoids difficult client conversations, leaving their teams to absorb the pressure and consequences. Team culture is nonexistent. You’re siloed, interactions are strictly transactional, and any effort to build camaraderie is overshadowed by constant stress. Promises made during the interview process about bonuses, growth opportunities, and support, do not match the reality.
