You will be expected to be available 24/7 to your team and clients. Communication is poor across all levels, feedback is reactive, vague, and demoralizing. Leadership lacks basic managerial skills and avoids difficult client conversations, leaving their teams to absorb the pressure and consequences. Team culture is nonexistent.
