You'll be constantly in a room full of smart people who genuinely love technology. 3. CTO is one of the most insightful person I've come across with extreme knowledge in any domain possible. 4. Your salary is always on time.

1. Team leads are not that great in terms of management. Although they all are knowledgeable in their respective domains. They are very quick to judge and not that truthful many times. They would probably judge you based on how many breaks you take rather than what outcome you are producing. 2. The salary structure is not that great as the variable pay is a huge section and the bonus was always way too less even after handling huge work loads. 3. Micro-management and politics exist which adds a lot of pressure other than the work pressure which becomes mentally taxing sometimes. But I think this will exist anywhere you go, so just needs to be handled.
