It’s extremely unprofessional to tell candidates they’re moving forward and then ghost them entirely. This kind of treatment shows a lack of respect for applicants’ time and energy, especially when candidates are making room in their schedules and investing in preparation. A simple “no longer moving forward” would have sufficed. If this is any indication of how internal communication is handled, I’d be hesitant to consider this company in the future.
