This company has to be one of the most team-workin-est orgs I have ever been a part of and I have been a part of some AMAZING teams in my career. GETIDA sets a tone of warmth, humanity and kindness during the interview and onboarding processes and they truly do care about their employees. As with every great thing, there is a light burden. There is a steep learning curve so one can be overwhelmed in the beginning, BUT expectations are reachable and you will be supported.
