Employee's that are non-family related (with a few exceptions) are great to work with and are very knowledgeable in their areas.

Minpunten

Giles Engineering is a family run company and the family can give very mixed signals, if they give any feedback at all. They do not communicate very well with one another or the employee's. They would rather send an email than have a converstaion. Every policy that is made favor's their own interest's and leaves nothing to their employee's who they work into the ground.

-Great people -Hands on Training -Time off -Amazing learning Experiences -Management is Amazing -Interesting day to day If you show that you’re willing to learn, they’re willing to teach you! They want you to grow as much as you’re able and they encourage questions and curiosity. Overall the whole company is full of amazing people and everyone is so friendly. I cannot say enough good things about the company and especially the CMT department.
