Leadership seems to care more about getting good PR and name recognition than focus on programs and smart, sustainable growth. Disconnect between public emphasis on diversity and actual support for students and staff of color. Feels like the wheels are starting to come off - tons of staff turnover and problems in programs are red flags for me.
