Pluspunten
I've been with Glide Rite for 8+ years. I love it because it has been a challenging and exciting environment. The company has been growing since the day I got there so there has always been opportunity to grow in my roles. The great people that work there have had the opportunity to grow in their roles as well. (the average to mediocre people complain about the growth and change but they would anywhere!) It's been great to see a solid benefits package for everyone come about with the growth. The office and work environment has continually upgraded with the growth. Compensation has been above market from the very lowest of field positions on up and everyone is on an incentive comp program, the better one contributes to Glide Rite's growth and performance, they better they do as well. Glide Rite is constantly investing in new technology! We lead the industry on our use of technology. Of course, there is more to review now that we can track everything with our services but in reality, it makes us better as a company.
Minpunten
Probably the biggest con that everyone can feel is the growth and change that comes with it. Things happen fast and it's a fast paced environment. But as other companies have struggled and/or laid people off, Glide Rite has constantly sought top talent. For the average to below average person, if you want a cushy job where you don't have to push yourself, this is not that. The other con is that our services are performed at night. Sometimes, crews call at odd hours needing support. For those that are passionate about making it happen for our customers, it's no big deal. If you want a clock in and clock out mindless job, this isn't the place for it.
