      Working environment, friendly managers those are very helpful in acheiving the target and good work life balance working in the organization.

      Minpunten

      Less scope for learning. Limited access to the things others than related work. Less recognition for good performance. Incentives are not good.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Minpunten

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
