relaxed atmosphere. not much tension. easy life. good platform to start with. good work life balance and not very stringent i terms of rules and regulations.

Minpunten

no opportunity to get ur technical skills developed. no modelling or analytical stuff done here. pay is less as per industry standards. years of experience is given too much importance rather than talent.

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
