The biggest pro Work life balanced has now become to cons category with the launch of 9 hrs mandatory rule. Thanks anyways, this FINALLY might give inspiration to many fools specially married ones to get paid better in any other company & spend 9 hrs

Very poor employee benefits: - Very poor appraisals, many last year didn't even get upto inflation rate hike. - First annual parties were stopped, wifi for mobs was stopped, town hall snacks were stopped, water bottles were revoked, who knows what coming next, Water, chairs, or electricity ? - No subsidised/non-profit food, a Plate costs you 150/- in cafeteria. You know what it costs in other companies. - Highly poor n full of attitude HR/Res Managing /support etc. Same problem with mostly Band 3. Main problem lies with whom are here from last 10+ years. They think they own the company and you are just a slave. - Some projects are really really poor which uses off the market technologies and business domains. - You need to give at least 4 times the efforts to get you recognised. People doing less than that gets nothing once, twice & again and thus goes to 'I don't care now' Zone. HR policy needs to be blamed here again, the lowest category, monthly spot is to be given to ONLY 3% employees in a project and ITS A JOKE THAT LAST SPOTS WERE GIVEN IN MY PROJECT WAS 8 MONTHS AGO. Still don't who to be blamed, Highly busy Band 3 or HR.
