It looks like you’re still a current employee. Have you approached your line manager, or a member of the leadership team, to discuss your concerns at all? If you’re comfortable speaking to someone I think it would be a positive step. It would help the leadership team understand your issues in more detail so that they could move to try and address some of your concerns, and having a conversation with someone could also help to give you a better perspective on the future direction of company.
