The company pays a locally competitive salary. The city and neighborhood of the unit is nice and safe. The company sponsors travel to some technical events.

Minpunten

Low level mangement and almost everyone but programmers are hired on the belief that the least knowledge on software development the better. There is way too many hierarchy levels and higher levels do not care for trust, communication or transparency.

Good support for the developers. Nice client environment; Depending on the project, you can take your time to finish your tasks with patience and care.

Minpunten

At the time I felt a bit of lack in future vision. You have to determine your own path for growth.
