Minpunten
It is a favorites game. The higher ups are great and provide excellent motivation, but the managers are power hungry. They keep people down and don't let them excel to new departments or have an actual career path when it's deserved. They only let the people they personally like succeed, regardless of their work ethic. Many people are overworked and underpaid. Space is also an issue as they have crammed too many people in one building. No parking at times and no meeting room availability.
