      Very little. The office space is pleasant.

      Horrible work environment due to incompetent CEO. The CEO is young and obviously inexperienced in leading a team successfully. He lacks the necessary skills to communicate with anybody besides investors and lacks basic social skills. Nobody in the company likes him--in fact,everyone who works there, despise him. The executive team is afraid to stand up to him because he is so erratic and emotionally unstable. He is disrespectful to most people who work for him and creates extremely uncomfortable situations for all.

      Very cool work space. Smart and resourceful teammates. Brilliant approach to auto insurance. Good benefits overall. Only the strong survive. Strong in work ethic, strong willed, strong minded. You can't just be good at what you do, you need to be able to back it up with results. Highly talented people come in but only the ones that really believe in the idea stick around because they know the struggle will be worth it.

      Worked from home with good pay.

      Very disorganized company. Owner was never honest and always evaded issues by just ranting about how great the idea of car insurance via an app was. Claims was a crapshoot, customers were basically ignored and hanged dry with no resolutions. Horrible management, employees came and went extremely quickly. Owner talked about being “open” but was never transparent and honest about the actual company situation. Pay would be occasionally delayed for days.
