Ok, so it was very heartbreaking and would really make my life difficult in the end. So after being there for about a month they decided to totally dissolve the customer support department and ended up laying all of us off. The original excuse was that we weren’t busy and that they basically over hired personnel given how slow it usually was. This was the first time I ever heard of a company laying people off simply because it was slow. I feel like if it’s slow then as a company they should make it not slow and get more customers. It wasn’t our fault that they weren’t getting enough policyholders but we were the ones that were axed and it negatively affected my life. My time here was very brief but how they went about doing this to everyone was sooooo wrong. On their website they brag about how much money they’re raising yet they still don’t have a customer support department to support their customers so that in itself is confusing because who’s supporting the “few” customers they do have??
