Pluspunten

Everyone is very professional and positive and everyone is very polite and try to help as much as posible. We have confidence from top management and i m feeling that my work is very appreciated. All the team si very helpful and we are trying to help every site that needs support.

Minpunten

The downside i think is the wise app. The drivers are asking why they don t receive the invoices on the wise app, but they are receving invoices on the email. Also i think the drivers could get more information how to fill the app and to communicate with someone from the compliance team as we are talking to the drivers then we need some informations from compliance team and them to forward that information with the driver. Another thing is about the 2 weeks payment . Most of the dsp are paying everyweek.
