It has been a pleasure to work in Initiafy and collaborate with sales, marketing and tech teams. CEO and COO are very knowledgeable and amazing to work with, just like the rest of the team. The product is a great piece of software which makes it easy to use and train customers on. Employees get to contribute their ideas and customer feedback which influence the platform functionality in future.

Minpunten

Same cons as any other start up. Experience and knowledge you get however, overwrite them.

As a tech start-up, there are many benefits to working here at Initiafy. You get to work closely with a great CEO and COO who are passionate about their company and give a great deal of their time to their team. In addition, they listen to your concern and greatly value your thoughts and opinions. Employees here are very nice and the culture is not rigid like a corporate structure.

Minpunten

As a start-up, there are some limitations, such as budgeting for advertisement campaigns. But this is just a minor impediment. You work with what you're given with and this can be turned into a good thing.
