My journey at GoFasti was a period of intense growth and learning. During this time, I had the opportunity to enhance my professional skills and develop a broader, more strategic perspective on Human Resources. The company's leadership, especially through the HR manager, the Sales manager, and the CEO, played a fundamental role in this evolution. Their accessibility and transparency create an environment of continuous learning and innovation. Many opportunities are given, ideas are welcomed, and put into practice. As for the Talent Acquisition team, working with such a competent, collaborative, and dedicated group made the experience even more enriching. The team spirit and knowledge-sharing were essential to my growth and the many achievements we reached together. GoFasti is an excellent place for those seeking professional development, a collaborative environment, and inspiring leadership.

I feel amazingly grateful to be part of the Gofasti team, I have found people who inspire me to be better and to dream big. I’m being led by examples of teamwork and empathy. I found in Gofasti the opportunity to manage my own time, and feel that I’m being trusted and that I can trust my team. Can’t think of a better feeling than to have the heart at ease, and that is exactly how my heart is with Gofasti.
