Hi, I'm the CEO of GoGoGrandparent. I care a lot about our customers. One of them is my grandma! It was very easy for me to love building GoGo for our customers, but I had to learn how to love building GoGo for our team. The key step for me was realizing that making GoGo a great place to work made it easier for those doing the work to make GoGo better for our clients. I've been building GoGo for our customers since 2016, and thinking about building GoGo for our team since 2020. I suspect I'm not perfect at it, but know I've gotten a lot better, and now suspect that we're in the top 10% of places to work. Here is what I know about GoGo's employment philosophy so far: - We want people to be fulfilled by their work (this has been true since 2016). - We want people to be able to contribute to the organization at all levels (this has been true since 2016). - We want to bring people along with us as we grow (this has been true since 2016). - We give people a lot of chances (this has been true since 2016), but not too many chances (this has been true since 2020). - We care a lot about burn out (learned this one in 2020). We believe that being a good place to work means getting out of the way of our team and letting them change our clients' lives.
