Modern office with a lot of perks. Modern mindset. Allocated time for self improvement.

Minpunten

Salary is not really competitive anynore. Getting a decent pay raise is very difficult if not impossible. The HR team's professionalism is questionable.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
