Good work life balance, good compensation, enjoyed the CSR initiatives

Minpunten

Upper management has no interest in understanding their products & customer base, they only want to know how to make the most money, and have effectively cannibalized any customer loyalty after consistently raising prices (by up to 200%!!) and not offering any product improvements along the way. Constantly playing catch-up to actually innovative product plays/marketing campaigns of competitors. Middle management is awful - say things to sound in touch, but have no clue what is going on. Total lack of diversity (no racial diversity & everyone seems to have gone to the same 3-4 Boston universities)

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
