      -Great people everywhere in the company. No jerks.

      Minpunten

      -Growth was explosive over the last 3-5 years...it was a heck of a ride but it beat some people up(COVID also had impact...we took on a lot of customer burden for 12-16 months) but that was/is improving.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
