      Job security is lacking, and the leadership is short-sighted. The company has missed out on potential revenue over the past five years and seems unable to pivot towards growth. To make matters worse, the CEO is replaced every two years, leading to a lack of stability and direction.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
