Mr Ofir (claims as CTO, CIO,... a2z0) doesn't know the fundamentals of engineering, every week he simply picks a silly topic from Google & tells as if it's a great idea, openly taunts & puts pressure on his ... Bhaskar, this guy thinks working on ofirs silly ideas is product work, then pings one of us for quick call and behind scenes puts all frustration on us without even knowledge about the task, we get work done somehow, then he goes back to his boss taking complete credits , this cycle repeats every alternate week ! my colleagues in other teams are atleast getting quality work & credits in the middle of firing (common here). I know goto social media team is continuously masking our ratings , better atleast take anonymous surveys from ground level employees , or simply look at cc cameras recordings of these self claimed leaders visits , instead of attending planning meetings they are busy meeting ...., there are few great teams & benefits here but due to such leaders attrition has also become quite common
