Pluspunten
Pros??? Ummm I received a very small check every two weeks for hours upon hours of working.
Minpunten
Where do I begin? I began working here for a whopping $32,000 with a college degree. That's enough to pay for absolutely nothing. I worked from 8:30 am to about 7pm everyday. It felt like a prison not a job. The workload was insane I mean INSANE! I was doing the job of about 6 people combined into one. I would go into the bathroom after my morning coffee that tasted like it was from a gas station and have panic attacks. My body would shake and I would feel as if I was going to throw up. My body began to deteriorate, my skin was a mess my hair was falling out and Goldbug kept squeezing me more and more. Stress will do some pretty terrible things to your body. But what I did was never good enough, I was never good enough. I never received a job well done, and I was never thanked for the work that I did. I once worked till 11 pm at night. That is insane! I worked on the weekends I worked non stop! I would cry on the drive home just feeling so stuck, insignificant and unappreciated. The "leaders" there do not know how to lead. Management is a skill, not everyone is cut out to lead. Nearly every single person there in an upper management position does not know a thing about leading. They will treat you like trash until you unfold and finally give up and leave. Benefits? What's that? After working about 50-60 hours a week I was entitled to 8 days off.... Seriously... Not to mention you are completely underpaid. My advice would be not to work here, it will make you hate your life. I honestly don't think the place is going to make it. There is a new person working every week! I'm not joking. They move people around in th different departments on a monthly basis due to the turnover. I think I worked on every account within a year! It's just such a mess because the only core value is how much money can we make for the people in the higher positions? I know how, lets hire college graduates pay them nothing and then pay people six figures in management positions.
