      This has been an amazing place to work. I work with great people at all levels of the company and I'm proud of what we do as a company as well as what I do personally.

      Minpunten

      The company has been growing fast and I regularly have more work than I'm able to do--but on the other hand, management actually understands that, and the person I report to helps me set priorities so I can make sure that what I do get done is what's most important.

      This used to be a great place to work, and maybe it will be again. Employees are doing what they can to keep the hard-working yet friendly culture alive in the face of layoffs and budget cuts.

      Minpunten

      I can't currently recommend working here. The company recently laid off a lot of the staff, I heard it was 10%. Including some great workers, and eliminated some necessary positions. Since it wasn't announced in advance, there was no time for knowledge transfer. Some departments are struggling to keep going with reduced staff and without the knowledge that the others took with them. And that makes me think senior management doesn't know what they're doing, which makes me weary of their future decisions.
