The position itself is enjoyable and easy to learn.

Minpunten

No benefits, but I was PT so that makes sense. Not sure what FT benefits look like. No raises are granted at any point of your employement for any reason, but you could move into new roles like supervisor if they see potential.

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Minpunten

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
