manager of store can 'punish' you in various ways without upper management being aware-- all weekend shifts, all night shifts, closing shift followed by opening shift-- little things--- never getting a weekend off

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
