Dirty job as donations can be dirty. The shoplifting is out of control and I had several run ins with drug abusers and thieves.

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
