The company changes more than some people change their socks. They have principles that they advertise as their company ethics but there are many cases in which they don't abide by them. They're extremely profit focused currently as there has been an overhaul in the way the company operates thanks to help from some fiance bros that were recently brought in to flip the place (due to failure on past management) Care for actual "white glove" service has gone out the window, and often agency owners and sales agents come on and are never fully told what other departments do for them. Remote work was completely removed, even many medical exceptions are no longer valid. Even if you have been proven to succeed at your role while working from home, they'd rather you call off. If you enjoy being gaslit, you'll like it here. In this job market, there's more risk now than ever, so if you're in you just ride it out. Even the best managers are being flattened by higher ups. Also, they are leaning heavily into outsourcing to India and AI. It's no secret- they're very proud of it. There is a lot of hiring happening but the "morale" they tried to excite in us never came back when they enforced RTO.

The training and support systems are strong, especially for people early in their insurance or sales careers. Leadership encourages ownership and accountability, and there are clear opportunities for advancement for high performers. The culture is energetic, collaborative, and focused on results. A true meritocracy, you can make a lot of $$$ as a young seller straight out of college. I’ve also appreciated the investment in technology and the emphasis on innovation compared to more traditional insurance organizations.

Minpunten

Like many high-growth companies, the environment can be demanding and expectations are high. The pace is not for everyone, and work-life balance can fluctuate during especially busy periods. There is a lot of change but that is a symptom of being a high growth company well capitalized to change an entire industry.
