I am delighted to share my positive experience working at Gradright, where I have had the privilege of being a part of for the past two years. I have worked in many places over the last 13 years and I have not seen such a genuine place before. Every founding team member is exceptionally committed to doing its best for each and every employee. They deeply care about the junior, admin and support staff and treat people equally. I would like to share my appreciation of Aman Singh, who is the CEO of the company, for his humility and leadership. He is always honest and true with every person in the organisation and deeply cares about people and especially about junior and support staff members. All senior members are passionate about making the company successful and work very hard. We all try to get better every day in their areas of work, whether it is how we take care of team members or keep the office and washrooms clean or take care of indoor plants or how we take care of guests and senior leaders who visit the office. Thank you to the entire team at "Gradright '' for creating an environment where everyone, who is honest and willing to work-hard, can thrive irrespective of what background they come from.
